Producers range in size from tiny, one-person operations such as Otter Cove and Joyce, to mid-size family vintners like Boete', Cima Collina and Georis, to bigger players Talbott, Bernardus and Galente.

Regardless of their size, these Central Coast winemakers have one thing in common: the desire and passion to finesse the fruit grown in Carmel Valley into exquisite wines.
