  • 1. What are your prices?

    1x1 $945-$1195
    2x1 $1145-$1395

    One-bedroom deposit: $400, Two-bedroom deposits: $500.

  • 2. What is the pet policy?

    We do allow cats and small dogs. Dogs must be under 35 pounds. $500 deposit.

  • 2. What are your amenities?

    Two seasonal pools and two outdoor spas, state of the art fitness center, recreation room, garages, and beautiful park-like grounds. Hours for the fitness centera are 5am-11pm, and spas & pools during season: 8am-10pm.

  • 4. How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A fee of $35 per person and $50 per married couple is required to begin processing the application.

  • 5. How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • 6. When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due by the 1st of every month but is not considered late until the 4th. Pay your rent online: www.innercircuit.com/login/new_account.asp

  • 9. Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.

  • 11. Do you require the residents to use a particular cable company?

  • 12. Are you a secure gated community?

    We are a gated community with a private security company on call 24 hours.

  • 13. Do all units come with a garage?

    Yes, all units have their own locking garage with garage door opener.
